The hotel is located in a very small & quiet road just off the Avenue Wagram. Standing close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées, the Tivoli Etoile hotel has quiet rooms and is ideally located for tourist and business activities. It is conveniently placed for access to La Défense and the Palais des Congrès.

The rooms are small and in good condition. All the rooms have direct line telephone, mini-bar, satellite TV, hair dryer, air conditioning, safe, modem/fax connection and courtesy tray. The rooms are in green and blue colours with light wood furniture, all the rooms are large and comfortable, with bathrooms in blue and white and all are equipped with shower or bath. The carpet is fluffy and is in blue or green and the rooms are brightfull.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, but breakfast is served in the basement of the hotel in a charming vaulted cellar. It is spacious and furnished to a good standard.
