The hotel is situated in the southern area of Paris, a few steps from the very famous Butte aux Cailles district. The hotel is a 5-minute walk away from the Place d'Italie and just 4 metro stops from the famous Bercy village. This lively district offers all advantages, e.g. nice restaurants and cafés as well as good public transport.

The rooms are small in size and in good condition. They are well equipped and decorated in pastel colours with light wood furniture.

There is no restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast room is decorated in a contemporary style and is very welcoming.
