The hotel is located on the outer edge of southern Paris, close to close to the A6 motorway coming from Orly airport and the Boulevard Peripherique. It is only a few minutes drive from the Porte de Versailles exhibition Centre and near the Montsouris Park. The nearest metro station is Porte D'Orleans, and bus No 125 leads to the hotel.

The rooms are small and in good condition. They are simply decorated in a pastel colour scheme, and equipped with direct dial telephone and satellite television. Triple rooms are fitted with an extra bed. Free Wi-Fi access.

There are 2 modern restaurants in the hotel, they are spacious and pleasant : the Courtepaille and the Cafe Bistrot serves french cuisine for informal dining.
