The hotel is situated in a small and quiet street, a few steps from the Vaugirard Avenue. The Vaugirard District is lively with many restaurants and shops; it is also situated 10 minutes' walk from the Montparnasse District. The nearest metro station leads directly to La Madeleine and the Opera.

The rooms are mainly small in size, with some being very small in size. In all cases, rooms are in good condition, and are modernly decorated with wooden furniture and bright colours. Please note that wardrobes have no door, and most bathrooms would benefit from renovation. The hotel has fitted all its rooms with ultra-modern, flat screen TV's. Their satellite TV has different European channels, Canal + and free WiFi (Internet) access.

The breakfast room on the ground floor of the hotel is open plan with the lounge, with these areas being separated by draped curtains. The breakfast room is simply furnished, but welcoming.
